About the Role
We are seeking safe and reliable CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight for top-tier clients. In this role, you will be the face of TransForce, representing our commitment to excellence while managing the end-to-end logistics of flatbed loads. You will enjoy steady miles, competitive pay, and flexible schedules within a culture that values your well-being and career development.
Your day involves safely operating a CDL A tractor-trailer, securing and tarping loads, and performing thorough pre- and post-trip inspections. You will maintain accurate ELD logs and required DOT paperwork while planning routes to meet on-time delivery goals. Beyond the road, you will communicate professionally with dispatch and customers, report equipment defects, and participate in regular safety meetings and training programs.
