About the Role
We are currently hiring Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers to join our high-volume refrigerated freight network. This role is designed for drivers who want to maximize their earnings and miles while enjoying a supportive work environment. You will operate late-model, well-maintained equipment and benefit from our "Power Lanes" network, which averages 2,600–3,000 miles per week. With 99% no-touch freight, you can focus on the road rather than cargo handling.
We offer new hometime options, allowing you to choose how often you return home or stay out to earn more. Top drivers in this role earn between $85,000 and $90,000 annually, plus an additional $0.05 per mile on top of the base pay rate. We also offer a bonus of up to $300 for clean inspections.

- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years of age
- 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
- A good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
