About the Role
As a CDL A Driver, you will be pivotal in our dynamic team, ensuring that goods reach predetermined customers on specific routes with precision and care. This role is more than just transportation; it is about strengthening our reputation through your dedication and skill. You will manage routes and routines to proceed in the most efficient way possible, handling documentation regarding cargo deliveries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Your day will involve conducting thorough vehicle inspections before and after each route to ensure optimal operating conditions. You will assist in the loading and unloading of cargo, prioritizing the safety and integrity of the goods at all times. Whether navigating unexpected traffic, weather conditions, or other challenges, your ability to handle the road safely and communicate effectively with dispatch and management is essential to our success.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), a clean driving record, and a DOT medical card. Experience with electronic logging devices is required. Selected applicants will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in operating Class A commercial vehicles and a sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
