Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure timely and accurate delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes
- check_circleLoad, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
- check_circleCollect signatures or payments when needed and coordinate with the logistics team to track deliveries
- check_circleFollow company safety protocols and handle customer concerns with a professional demeanor
- check_circleReview orders prior to delivery to verify correct loads and ensure they are error-free
- check_circlePerform pre and post-trip inspections while abiding by Department of Transportation regulations
- check_circleOperate tractor-trailers or straight trucks to deliver groceries and foodservice products safely
Requirements
- verifiedValid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A)
- verifiedClean driving record
- verifiedDOT medical certification
- verifiedProven experience in truck driving
- verifiedProficiency in using GPS and routing systems
