About the Role
As a CDL A Driver in Everett, MA, you will be the backbone of our delivery operations, safely operating a fleet of tractor trailers, straight trucks, and box trucks equipped with automatic transmissions. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for safe, efficient, and professional service while upholding strict product quality standards.
You will not be working alone; every route is supported by a Delivery Helper who assists with unloading, allowing you to focus on the road and the logistics of the journey. Your day involves delivering pre-sold products accurately to customer accounts, rotating stock in dry and refrigerated storage, and ensuring all loads are secure for transport. Beyond driving, you will manage the return of empty containers, dunnage, and pallets to suppliers, all while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor with our clients.

Application & Hiring
To join our team, you must hold an active CDL Class A License in good standing and be at least 21 years of age, a legal requirement for transporting alcohol. We are looking for individuals with a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of tractor-trailer experience.
Sign-On Bonus: We offer a $3,000.00 Sign-On Bonus paid out in installments: $750.00 at day 90, $750.00 at day 180, and $1,500.00 at day 365.
Schedule: This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, starting at 5:45 AM, with end times varying between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM depending on the route and daily workload.
