About the Role

We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. Drivers will operate late-model Peterbilt and Kenworth equipment (averaging 1.9 years old) featuring APUs and Samsara communication tools. The position focuses on top miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles, ensuring less downtime and consistent earnings.

Beyond the road, we foster a family atmosphere with an open-door policy. Our driver facilities include free Wi-Fi, theater-style seating, an exercise room, and a video game room. We also support our drivers' lives outside the truck with policies allowing riders and pets (with no breed restrictions), alongside a partnership with Home Creations to help drivers own their own homes.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A and a minimum of 6 months of experience. The onboarding process includes paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
