About the Role
We are hiring Regional Flatbed Drivers who are either experienced or ready to learn. Whether you are already skilled in flatbed operations or looking to expand your driving career, this role offers a chance to grow your skills while earning top pay. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers, handling 100% no-touch freight where tarping and securing are required. The average mileage ranges from 2,000 to 2,300+ miles, with a schedule designed to get you home weekly for a reset.
Support and Culture
Decker provides 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. Drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed. The fleet is equipped with modern cab amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
