About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. We focus on efficiency and driver well-being: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, eliminating the need for you to slip seat. You will operate in a fleet of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, 1800W inverters, and a cruise speed starting at 68 mph. With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, our drivers spend less time waiting for loads and more time on the road. Our top-notch mechanics ensure these trucks remain in top running order.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a valid CDL-A license and physical, being at least 21 years old, and having a solid work history with at least 12 months of experience. Applicants must pass an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing), a urine drug screen, and demonstrate a clean driving record for the past five years (no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions). Veterans are encouraged to apply, as our program is GI Bill approved.
