About the Role
We are seeking a Solo Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This position offers a regional route delivering touch freight (retail goods) across Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, South Dakota, and North Dakota. You will operate a sleeper tractor with a 53' dry van, handling your own unloading duties. Our trucks are 36 months or newer and equipped with 24/7 roadside maintenance support. Drivers fuel up at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.

Compensation & Benefits
Drivers are paid weekly with an hourly rate of $30.00, averaging $2,200 or more per week based on a 60-hour schedule (Monday–Saturday, Midnight to 6:00 AM). Additional compensation includes a $50.00 per diem for 2–3 layovers per week. We offer paid training and a boot allowance.
Our benefits package starts immediately: Paid Personal Time Off begins on Day 1 (80 hours accrued in the first year), with a policy that pays out unused vacation time at your hourly rate. Medical, dental, and vision coverage begins after 30 days. We also offer 12 weeks of paid maternity leave, immediate 401(k) rollover with company match at one year, and quality employee discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, and travel.
