About the Role
Ryder is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team in Warrendale, PA. This regional position offers a driving career built on stability and community, allowing you to focus on the road while we handle the details. You will operate a sleeper tractor with a 53' dry van, delivering electrical supplies (touch freight) across Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
As a Ryder driver, you are the captain of your truck. You have the authority to make safety decisions, and your job is protected. The role involves solo miles with a Monday through Friday schedule, dispatching between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM. You will utilize equipment such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts, and you will be supported by trucks that are 36 months or newer, complete with 24/7 roadside maintenance and fuel access at over 800 facilities nationwide.
