Hiring Process
To qualify with Baggett Transportation, candidates must meet specific criteria regarding age, driving experience, and licensing history. Applicants must be at least 25 years old and have one year of over-the-road driving experience within the last five years. You must be able to pass a DOT physical and adhere to our strict drug and alcohol policy.
We also have specific requirements regarding traffic violations, accidents, and, for team drivers, secret clearance eligibility. Once you meet these standards, you can begin your journey with us.
