When you're a Company Truck Driver with Baggett, you're in the driver's seat of your career. Dispatch works to keep you in preferred lanes and ensure consistent home time. We utilize flatbed and stepdeck trailers to haul an assortment of specialized freight across the United States.

Hiring Process
To qualify with Baggett Transportation, candidates must meet specific criteria regarding age, driving experience, and safety history. Applicants must be at least 25 years old and possess one year of over-the-road driving experience within the last five years. A valid DOT physical is required.
Our safety standards are strict: candidates cannot have a DUI or DWI, speeding tickets exceeding 15 mph over the limit, or more than three moving violations in the last three years (with only one allowed in the last 12 months). There are also restrictions on preventable accidents and specific traffic violations such as improper lane changes or following too closely. A clean drug and alcohol test record is mandatory.
For team drivers, additional requirements include U.S. citizenship, no felony convictions, and a clean financial history regarding bankruptcy or repossession in the last seven years. Team drivers must also not be currently 90 days delinquent on bills and must not have a dishonorable discharge.
