Our dispatch team works to keep you in preferred lanes and ensure you get consistent home time.
The Role
As a CDL A Flatbed Driver, you will operate our fleet to transport specialized freight nationwide. We utilize Transflo for streamlined paperwork and equip our trucks with ElitePass for efficient toll processing. Whether you are driving solo or as part of a team, you will have the opportunity to utilize our Lease Purchase option after six months, provided criteria are met.
We foster a driver-centric culture that values your lifestyle. Our rider program allows you to bring family members on the road, and pets are welcome on many routes. For team drivers, we offer positions requiring Secret Clearance, providing a unique opportunity for those who meet strict security standards.
Hiring Process
To join the team, you must meet our specific driver, license, and drug policy criteria. Qualified candidates will participate in a paid orientation week, which includes a $500 stipend. Successful applicants will then begin their journey with Baggett, receiving a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid out over 90 days.
