About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team that values your contribution to the road. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers carrying 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop-and-hook opportunities. The role is designed for drivers who want to build a career with top-of-the-line equipment and a focus on safety.
Drivers can expect to be out for 2-3 weeks at a time. The position includes access to 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, ensuring that drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed. Cab amenities include an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and a CB radio.
