About the Role

We are looking for CDL-A truck drivers to join our Flatbed Division. Our flatbed fleet allows you to maximize your earning potential by providing consistent, steady miles hauling oversized flatbed loads. Whether you are new to the industry or an experienced driver, this role offers the flexibility to meet unique shipping needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with home time ranging from 14 to 21 days based on location.

No flatbed experience? No problem. We provide additional training during orientation to ensure you are capable and confident before hitting the road. All candidates must have a valid CDL-A license.

The Driver Experience

Our fleet is modern and driver-friendly, with all trucks being 3 years old or newer and an average fleet age of just 16 months. Our Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks come equipped with refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, built-in inverters, and other amenities designed for your comfort.\n We prioritize your well-being with an all-expenses-paid orientation at a luxury hotel in Roseville, MN, or Appling, GA. Drivers also enjoy a free iPad with a data package to stay connected, a pet and rider policy, and access to free driver lounge benefits including soap, shampoo, towels, laundry supplies, and food.

Hiring Process
