About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with APU, inverters, fridges, and free SiriusXM. We provide flexible home time options and a supportive environment where you can easily out-earn your weekly guarantee.
Hiring Process
We fly you to orientation to get you started. Paid orientation time is provided, and we offer flexible home time options to ensure a sustainable work-life balance. To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience standards, including a valid CDL-A with at least 12 months of experience, being at least 21 years of age, and passing a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen. We look for candidates with no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years and no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years.
