About the Role

As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a weekly guarantee of $1,400, with opportunities to easily out-earn that amount through practical miles and performance bonuses. You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with modern amenities, including APU, inverters, fridges, and SiriusXM.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must have a CDL-A for at least 12 months, be at least 21 years of age, and have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years, and you must be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
