We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or bring a family member or friend along as a teammate, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward your dedication.
Team Drivers
For those looking to maximize their time on the road together, our Team Drivers split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and average 5,000 miles per week with starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM. If you do not have a team partner, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program for new team members.
Equipment & Support
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability for your daily runs. We maintain convenient home-base terminals and provide 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever needed.

Application Process
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Qualified applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for detailed information on eligibility.
