About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or bring a family member or friend along as a teammate, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.

Solo OTR Drivers

Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. You can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week while earning top-tier compensation. The top 20% of our OTR drivers earn over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid vacation, and performance bonuses to reward your dedication.

Team Drivers

For those who prefer to drive with a partner, our Team Drivers program offers a split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM and an average of 5,000 miles per week. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners). If you do not have a team partner, we can help you find the right match through our Team Match program, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with your journey.

Our Equipment and Support

We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment that averages just 18 months old. Our network includes convenient home-base terminals, and our 24/7 driver support team is always available to assist you. We also offer paid orientation to ensure you are ready for the road.

This includes health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents, as well as basic and supplemental life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and short-term and long-term disability insurance. Additional coverage includes accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must meet specific qualifications, including holding a valid Class A License (CDL A) and being at least 21 years old. Applicants must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience and pass a DOT physical and drug test. We review driving records to ensure no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Candidates with a history of DUI/DWI or drug-related convictions may not be eligible.
