Join our team on regional OTR runs designed for drivers who value consistency and home time. This role offers the opportunity to drive assigned trucks hauling steady refrigerated freight, including products like meat, cheese, and coffee. We pride ourselves on a "No Touch Freight" model, allowing drivers to focus on the road. Our equipment is modern, with an average age of 3 years or newer, featuring Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, and International models. Standard amenities include inverters, refrigerators, and outside-facing cameras only, ensuring a comfortable and safe driving environment.
We believe in rewarding our drivers with outstanding pay and generous benefits. Drivers enjoy a competitive rate of .61 to .63 CPM, paid weekly via direct deposit. We offer a transition pay program to ensure no lost wages when joining the team. Our culture supports work-life balance with home time every other week (out 11 days, home 3 days) and includes monthly performance bonuses and referral bonuses. We also welcome family with a pet policy available on day one and a rider policy after six months.
