About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.

As a Solo Driver, you can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with 100% no-touch freight and a consistent, planned schedule. For those interested in Team Driving, we offer a competitive split starting pay and a Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't already have one. We also support sponsorship programs for bringing family or friends onto the team.

Our Equipment and Support

We pride ourselves on maintaining a modern fleet, with newer equipment averaging just 18 months old. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never stranded. We also offer paid orientation to get you started smoothly.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and specific driving record requirements apply regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses.
