For Team Drivers, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week and a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split). If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the industry.

Qualifications & Safety

Drivers must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and must pass a DOT physical and drug test. We do not hire SAP drivers or those with specific DUI/DWI or drug-related convictions within the specified timeframes.
