We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with a pay rate of 52-56 CPM based on experience and location. Top performers in the top 20% of our OTR drivers earn over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward dedication and reliability.
For those looking to maximize their time on the road, our Team Drivers can average 5,000 miles per week with a starting split pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners). If you do not have a team partner, we can help you find the right match through our Team Match program, or you can bring on a family member or friend. We also offer a sponsorship program for new teammates.
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability and comfort. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. We also offer tuition reimbursement and pet insurance to support your life both on and off the road.
We provide comprehensive support for our drivers and their families, including health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents. To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years. Drivers must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). All candidates must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions in the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years with a CDL-A/CLP. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
