About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and paid vacation to reward your commitment.
Team Drivers
For those who prefer a team setup, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week and a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split). If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fleet.
Equipment and Support
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability for your daily runs. We maintain convenient home-base terminals and provide 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever you need it.
Application and Hiring
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications.
