Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with 100% no-touch freight and a consistent, planned schedule. Top performers in the top 20% of our OTR drivers earn over $1,500 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. Hiring Process

Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have at least 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving history requirements include no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications; please ask a recruiter for details.
