About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and paid vacation to reward your dedication.
Team Drivers
For those looking to maximize their time on the road, our Team Drivers average 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners). If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program for new teammates.
Our Equipment & Support
We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old. Our network includes convenient home-base terminals, and our 24/7 driver support team is always available to assist you. Drivers also benefit from paid orientation and tuition reimbursement opportunities.

Qualifications
To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. We require a clean driving record, specifically no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Drivers must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and no DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 to 10 years, depending on CDL status. All candidates must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions or positive tests in the required timeframes. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
