About Redbone Trucking
Founded in 2005 with a single truck and a 25-year-old driver who simply loved the road, Redbone Trucking has grown into a company of over 200 employees. In fact, most of our office staff still hold active CDLs, ensuring that our leadership team understands the driver's perspective firsthand.
The Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be running routes across all 48 states, with Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff state (excluding the Northeast). Our fleet consists of modern 2020-2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios.
Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and be eligible for benefits like PTO, you must run a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2-3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.
Benefits & Perks
We offer a competitive compensation structure based on tenure, including safety and performance bonuses. Drivers with 1-2 years of experience earn $0.53 CPM, those with 2-3 years earn $0.55 CPM, and drivers with 3+ years earn $0.57 CPM, all plus a $0.30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly.
Our benefits package includes PTO, healthcare, an HSA, and a 401k. We also welcome pets with a $300 refundable deposit, which can be paid in full upfront or split into six payments of $50.
