About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and return for 5 days of rest, or partner with a family member or friend to maximize weekly mileage, we offer the structure and support you need to succeed on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward dedication. Our equipment is newer, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability for your daily runs.
Team Drivers
For those who prefer to drive with a partner, our Team Drivers split a starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM and average 5,000 miles per week. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be split between teammates. If you do not have a partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fold.

Application & Qualifications
To apply, candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL-A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, with specific restrictions on recent accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses. Drivers with SAP status are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to qualification details; please contact a recruiter for more information.
