About the Role
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for both Over-the-Road (OTR) and Regional positions tailored to your lifestyle preferences. OTR drivers will run solid miles, typically staying out for 2-3 weeks, while Regional drivers enjoy home weekly with a minimum 34-hour reset. Regardless of the route, you will benefit from assigned tractors, take-home opportunities (within criteria), and 98% no-touch freight. We encourage drivers to bring family or a furry buddy, as our fleet is pet and rider friendly.
Hiring Process
We offer a comprehensive, paid onboarding experience. This includes paid orientation, paid stay during the orientation period, and paid travel arrangements to get you started. We also provide paid training to help you learn and earn with us. Additionally, we offer referral bonuses to reward you for bringing a friend to join the team.
