About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or bring a family member or friend along as a teammate, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and paid vacation to reward your dedication.
Team Drivers
For those looking to maximize their time on the road together, our Team Drivers can average 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be split between partners. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates on board.
Our Equipment & Support
We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. We also offer paid orientation to ensure a smooth start.

Application & Qualifications
To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have at least 3 months of verifiable experience. We require a clean driving record, specifically no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates must also have no DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL), and must pass a DOT physical and drug test with no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
