About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 2,000+ miles a week solo or partner with a teammate to average 5,000 miles, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The typical run involves 28 days out followed by 5 days at home, offering the balance experienced drivers desire. Top performers in the top 20% of our OTR drivers earn over $1,500 weekly. Drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with pay rates ranging from 52 to 56 CPM based on experience.
Team Drivers
For those who prefer a team setup, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM, with teams averaging 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program for those looking to bring a new teammate on board.
Equipment and Support
Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability on every run. We maintain convenient home-base terminals across the country and provide 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever needed.
Application Process
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions.
