About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers the opportunity to drive a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with amenities such as leather seats, refrigerators, microwaves, and 27" TVs.

Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn PTO, you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks, with one day off per week while on the road.

We offer a competitive compensation structure with pay tiers based on tenure, ranging from .53 to .57 CPM plus a .30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. Full-time drivers are eligible for PTO, healthcare, HSA, and 401k. We also support drivers who wish to bring their pets, offering a refundable deposit program to facilitate travel with companions.
