About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are running solo or partnering with a teammate, you will be handling 100% no-touch freight on a consistent, planned schedule.
Solo drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week while running a 28-day on, 5-day home cycle. This schedule is designed to offer the balance experienced drivers desire: strong miles on the road and real time off. For those interested in team driving, we offer a competitive split pay structure and a Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't already have one. You are also welcome to bring a family member or friend on board.
Our Equipment and Support
We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment that averages just 18 months old. To ensure you are always supported, we maintain convenient home-base terminals and offer 24/7 driver support. New hires also benefit from paid orientation to get started smoothly.

Hiring Process
Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have at least three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that drivers with specific recent moving violations, preventable accidents, or DUI/DWI offenses may not be eligible. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to qualification verification; please contact a recruiter for specific details on sign-on bonuses and performance incentives.
