We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.

As a Solo Driver, you will enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight, averaging over 2,000 miles per week. Our newer equipment averages just 18 months old, ensuring reliability for your daily operations. Top performers in our OTR fleet earn $1,500+ weekly, driven by performance bonuses and competitive CPM rates.

For those interested in Team Driving, we offer a robust partnership opportunity. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist in building your team. Team drivers can expect an average of 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM.

Hiring Process

To apply, candidates must meet specific qualification standards, including holding a valid Class A License, being at least 21 years old, and possessing at least 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no recent major preventable accidents, excessive moving violations, or disqualifying DUI/DWI offenses.
