The Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded and Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point. This role offers the opportunity to drive modern equipment and build a career with a company that prioritizes its drivers.

Day in the Life

Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder averaging close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and become eligible for benefits like PTO, you must run a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.

Our Equipment

We equip our drivers with the latest technology and comfort features to make long hauls easier. Our fleet consists of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios.

Driver Benefits & Perks

We offer a competitive compensation structure with pay tiers based on tenure, ranging from .53 CPM for drivers with 1–2 years of experience up to .57 CPM for those with 3+ years, plus a .3 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. Additional benefits include PTO, healthcare, HSA, and a 401k plan.

We also welcome drivers with pets. A $300 refundable deposit is required, which can be paid in full upfront or split into six payments of $50.

Requirements

To join our team, you must possess a valid CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience.
