The Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across all 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers the opportunity to run between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week on average, with drivers who push harder averaging close to 3,000 miles weekly.

Your Experience

You will drive a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios. As a full-time driver, you will typically be out for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, enjoying one day off per week while on the road. To qualify for full-time status and PTO eligibility, drivers must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month.
