About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and paid vacation to reward your dedication.
Team Drivers
For those looking to maximize their time on the road, our Team Drivers average 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners). If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fleet.
Our Equipment and Support
We maintain a fleet of newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, to ensure reliability. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. We also offer paid orientation to get you started quickly.

Requirements
- verifiedClass A License (CDL A)

- verified3 months of verifiable experience
- verifiedNo more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- verifiedNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
