About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure your safety and efficiency on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with a competitive pay rate of 52–56 CPM based on experience. The top 20% of our solo drivers earn over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid vacation, and performance bonuses. Our equipment is newer, averaging 18 months old, and we maintain convenient home-base terminals to support your journey.
Team Drivers
For those looking to drive with a partner, we offer a starting split pay of $0.72–$0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fold.

Application & Hiring
Qualified candidates must hold a Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with specific restrictions regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 to 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications; please contact a recruiter for specific details.
