About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a company that prioritizes its drivers, providing flexible home time options and a supportive environment.
You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with APUs, inverters, fridges, and free SiriusXM. We welcome riders and pets, allowing you to bring your family along on the road. Our drivers enjoy a premium experience, from the awesome drivers' lounge featuring leather chairs, fresh towels, free laundry, and a big-screen TV, to the ability to fly to orientation.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must meet specific qualifications, including holding a CDL-A for at least 12 months, being at least 21 years of age, and having no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years, and you must be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
