About the Role
As a Private Fleet OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive modern equipment while enjoying flexible home time options and a supportive community.
Equipment & Culture
You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with APUs, inverters, fridges, and free SiriusXM. We foster a driver-centric culture featuring an awesome drivers' lounge with leather chairs, fresh towels, free laundry, and a big screen TV. We also maintain a pet and rider policy to support your lifestyle on the road.
Hiring Process
We make the transition easy by flying you to orientation and providing paid orientation time. To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience standards, including holding a CDL-A for at least 12 months, being at least 21 years of age, and having no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years. Candidates must also have no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years and pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
