MedTrans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers dedicated to delivering lifesaving medical products directly to commercial and residential customers. Our fleet consists of over 1,500 trucks featuring newer equipment, managing a network of more than 50 distribution centers nationwide to provide 1-day shipping to 95% of the United States.
As a local CDL-A Driver in Gresham, OR, you will operate a Class A vehicle to transport critical medical supplies to our local customers. This role is vital for building positive relationships with our clients by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries. You will work a 4-day schedule with 10-hour shifts, starting between 7 PM and 10 PM. While days off vary, the position offers the distinct advantage of being home daily, reflecting our commitment to work-life balance.
Your day involves loading and securing products at the Medline facility, safely navigating delivery routes to multiple customer destinations, and unloading goods with precision. Beyond driving, you will provide in-person support to customers, addressing their questions and needs while handling necessary documentation. You will also maintain travel and cargo logs in compliance with Federal and State regulations and perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels.
