About the Role

As a Regional CDL-A Driver, you will operate 2023–2027 Freightliner Cascadias equipped with Detroit Diesel power, automatic transmissions, APUs, and climate-controlled cabs. You will be responsible for hauling reefer and flatbed loads across our frequent operating lanes, which include Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Missouri, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.

We understand the unique challenges of life on the road, which is why we have built a culture focused on quality of life. Our drivers enjoy home weekly on regional routes. We offer a pet-friendly environment, a no-cost passenger program for experienced drivers, and automatic reimbursement for showers, paid/reserved parking, and meals. Our detention policy is unique: we pay drivers for their time regardless of whether the customer pays us. Additionally, we provide guaranteed weekly minimum pay to protect drivers when things go wrong through no fault of their own.

Hiring Process

We welcome recent CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers alike. To join our team, candidates must possess a Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a steady work history. The process includes completing a current DOT physical, passing a drug and alcohol screen, and successfully completing a road test. We look for candidates with a good track record of on-time deliveries and reliability, ensuring a clean driving record regarding major moving violations and preventable accidents.
