About the Role
Bison USA is dedicated to helping new drivers build a strong future in trucking, starting from day one. This position is designed specifically for CDL-A recent graduates ready to launch their Over-The-Road (OTR) careers. From paid training to your first solo load, the company provides support every mile of the way. You will be assigned a late-model van or reefer trailer after completing training, allowing you to focus on driving 98% no-touch freight with consistent weekly miles.
What to Expect
Your journey begins with a comprehensive onboarding process. You can expect three days of orientation followed by five days of classroom and terminal training. The core of your preparation involves four weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced driver, though a fast-track option of two weeks is available based on evaluation. Upon successful completion, you will receive your own truck and head home.
