About the Role
Just got your CDL-A? Start your Over-The-Road (OTR) career strong with Bison USA. This role is designed specifically for recent graduates who have their license but need real-world experience. From paid training to your first solo load, we support new drivers every mile of the way, helping you build a future in trucking starting day one.
You will be driving late-model vans and reefers on steady OTR routes, covering 2,000–2,500 miles weekly. The position offers a home time schedule of 2–3 days every 2–3 weeks. With 98% no-touch freight, you can focus on driving while we handle the logistics.
Training and Development
We invest in your success before you hit the road. The journey begins with 3 days of orientation followed by 5 days of classroom and terminal training. You will then enter 4 weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced driver. A fast-track option is available for those who demonstrate proficiency, condensing the in-cab training to 2 weeks. Upon completion, you will be assigned your own truck and ready to head home.
