About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operator Drivers across the United States to join our network as independent contractors. This role is ideal for business-minded drivers seeking higher earnings potential and the flexibility of running their own operation. As a partner within our network, you will have access to a robust agent base of 300+ freight agents nationwide, consistent freight opportunities, and top-tier operational support.
Whether you operate in the Van or Flatbed division, you will leverage our technology tools for load management and documentation while maintaining regular communication with our agents for dispatch needs and scheduling. The position offers the freedom to choose your preferred lanes—regional, OTR, or dedicated—while we handle the heavy lifting of administrative support and 24/7 operations assistance.
Hiring Process
Our onboarding process is designed for speed and efficiency. Selected candidates will complete an online orientation to facilitate fast onboarding. Once onboarded, you will gain immediate access to our load management tools and begin building relationships with our agent network.
