About the Role
We are hiring Casual CDL A Drivers in El Paso, TX, for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value stability and home time. You will enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. The position features dedicated regional runs with consistent freight and a high volume of drop-and-hook operations (65%+).
We pride ourselves on a supportive operations team and a fleet of well-maintained, brand-new equipment. A key benefit of this role is the absence of forced dispatch; you have the freedom to manage your route without pressure. The environment is built to respect your time and your driving expertise.
