About the Role
We are hiring Casual CDL A Drivers in El Paso, TX, for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and respect. You will enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. The position features dedicated regional runs with consistent freight and a 65%+ drop-and-hook rate, ensuring you spend more time on the road and less waiting.
Our fleet consists of brand-new equipment, with new trucks arriving in May 2026. We pride ourselves on a supportive operations team and a policy of no forced dispatch—ever. Drivers have full control over their earnings through our Mileage Incentive Program, where you can influence your CPM rate.
