About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a route designed for consistency and reliability. This position offers a home-weekly schedule, ensuring you can maintain a steady balance between your professional duties and personal life. You will be operating newer equipment, with an average fleet age of just 18 months, to ensure safety and efficiency on the road.

Compensation & Perks

Drivers in this role can expect an average weekly earnings of $1,450, driven by a pay structure based on dispatched miles (approximately $0.63 cpm, varying by route and experience). Beyond base pay, this position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid orientation upon completion and hiring, and additional compensation for unloads, stops, and backhauls. We also offer paid vacation after one year of service.

Hiring Process

To apply, candidates must meet specific qualification standards, including holding a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and possessing a minimum of three months of driving experience. The selection process involves a thorough review of your driving record, including limits on preventable accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses.
