CDL-A Company Driver - Dedicated - Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a dedicated route. This position offers a stable home weekly schedule, ensuring you can maintain a consistent work-life balance. As a dedicated driver, you will operate newer equipment (averaging 18 months old) and handle 100% touch freight, with opportunities to earn additional pay through unload, stop, and backhaul compensation.

Compensation & Support

Drivers in this role average $1,450 per week, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. Compensation includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per dispatched mile, varying by route and experience. We provide comprehensive support with 24/7 driver assistance and paid orientation upon completion and hiring.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must meet specific safety and licensing qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, at least 3 months of experience, and being 21 years or older. Applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no recent major preventable accidents or moving violations. SAP drivers are not eligible.
