About the Role
We are hiring Casual CDL A Drivers in El Paso, TX for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and autonomy. You will operate brand-new equipment on dedicated routes with no forced dispatch—ever. Our goal is to provide consistent freight that allows you to maintain a schedule you can count on, featuring a 65%+ drop-and-hook rate.

Hiring Process
